He worked the transaction to correlate with a fellow realtor (who had weary buyers). The sale occurred without question--from us or buyers---each of us was satisfied. What we really liked is that we didn't have to "Show the property" and incur a lot of meetings with a lot of prospective buyers---we only met one set of buyers---the ones who purchased our home. Furthermore, we gave Estefene our criteria for the house we wanted to purchase, with the proceeds from the Peters Street sale. My experience with Nestor Estefene was great. He has the patience & devotion for his work. My faith and confidence with him I never doubted that he will be able to sell my mobile home considering the condition & size of it.
